Retail Sales Assistants
Full and part time, pro rata £17,438 per annum

The National Portrait Gallery houses a unique collection of all forms of portraiture of the people who have made or who are currently contributing to British history and culture. With more than 1.9 million visitors each year, the Gallery is one of the country’s most important and popular galleries.

You will be working as part of a small team covering three retail outlets. With relevant experience you need to be reliable and flexible, with a passion for customer service to ensure visitors get the most from their visit.

Communications Designer
Pro rata £23,590 per annum, 6-months Fixed Term

An opportunity has arisen for a Middleweight Graphic Designer who will be responsible for the design and production of a variety of communications at the Gallery. You will have proven experience of designing printed materials, ideally for an arts institution. You will be skilled in using InDesign, QuarkXPress, Illustrator and Photoshop and have experience of print-buying. You will be organised and methodical with excellent communication skills.
