(RED), the brand created to help eliminate AIDS in Africa is creating a (RED) Room in the Gallery with an additional display of Annie Leibovitz’s photography to mark World AIDS Day (1 December). The displays in the (RED) Room and Main Hall will run from 27 November – 4 December and will showcase the portraits taken by Leibovitz for (RED)’s partnership with Gap and for Vanity Fair’s historic Africa edition covers in July 2007.

Since (RED) launched in 2006 over $112 million has been generated by (RED) partners and events for the Global Fund and 100% of this money goes to help fund HIV prevention and treatment programmes in Africa. www.joinred.com

The display will be launched with a special late night opening on 27 November 2008
