whilst his general aquirements also enable him to add valuable observations respecting the subjects of his Pencil; his publication of the Passages over the Alps, is a specimen of his Talents both as an Artist and an Author. Any attention that Baron Dupin can conveniently show him, will be bestowed, upon an Able and respectable person.
