Michael Frayn

(1933-), Playwright, novelist and journalist

Novelist and playwright. Frayn's novels include Headlong (1999) and Spies (2002). He has recently published the biography My Father's Fortune: A life (2010) and the novel Skios (2012). His plays include Noises Off (1982), Democracy (2003) and Afterlife (2008). His recent book Matchbox Theatre, a group of short-stories, was produced as a set of sketches at the Hampstead Theatre in 2015.
