Peter Hugh Flower was born 30 January 1910 Paddington London (SOURCE England & Wales, FreeBMD Birth Index, 1837-1915 Vol 1a page 74a) He married Lydia Josephine Huth (1914-1998) 26 April 1937 (SOURCE England & Wales, Marriage Index: 1916-2005 Vol 1a Page 1125) in Westminster. He died May 1993 (SOURCE England & Wales, Death Index: 1916-2005 Vol 16B District & Subdistrict 4991 Entry Number 218)
He was survived by VENETIA FLOWER b21 April 1939 and CHARLES HUGH FLOWER b 1941
