I am in possession of two documents relating to the Porthcawl Estate Ltd doing
land deals with Sir Thomas Jones in 1927/1929
My family William Joseph and Lionel Dibdin both in the civil engineering and drainage business may have been involved.
One document is about selling and leasing land the other is a detailed financial account for work laying a promenade and Road in Porthcawl.
