Timothy Yeo was first elected a Conservative MP for South Suffolk. in 1983. He studied at Charterhouse and Emmanuel College, Cambridge. he first became Minister of State, Department of Education in 1990 and was Minister of State for the Countryside and Environment from 1993 to 1994.
