Hi, I have the military medals and decorations won by Frank Staniford Thackeray, who, despite being an officer of the Highland Light Infantry, actually came from Cardiff. I would like to be able to obtain an image of the picture taken in 1931 to add to my archive of the man. It would not be reproduced in any publication. I have a large quantity of information and research on the man if this would be of any assistance to you.
