Simon Alexander

Artist of 7 portraits
Simon Alexander was born in London to an artist mother and an architect father. He grew up in Oman, Singapore and West Sussex where he went to Art School and discovered his love of photography. He then went on to study a BA(Hons) in Photography under John Blakemore in Derby specialising in portraiture. After graduation he moved to London where he began his freelance career. In 1997 he moved to New York where he continued his portraiture work until his untimely death in 2019.
