Malcolm Morley
(1931-2018), ArtistSitter in 1 portrait
Trained at the Royal College of art (1954-7), painter Morley was the first recipient of the Turner Prize. His career has embraced Abstract Expressionism, Photo-realism and expressive figuration, and he was the subject of a major retrospective at the Hayward Gallery in 2001.
