Stephen Hyde

After studying History at London University, Stephen Hyde turned his attention to photography, inspired in part by his great grandfather, the influential Victorian photographer P.H. Emerson. Hyde has photographed many celebrities and has worked, among others, for the Sunday Times Magazine, the Telegraph Magazine, You Magazine and ES as well as producing images for many book jackets. He was exhibited in the exhibition Twenty for Today at the National Portrait Gallery, and many of his images are in the permanent collection there. He has also featured in the Royal Photographic Society International Exhibition of Photography.
