Charles Hamilton Sorley
(1895-1915), PoetSitter in 1 portrait
Poet. Killed at the Battle of Loos shortly after his 20th birthday, Sorley had little time to make his reputation as a poet though Marlborough and Other Poems (published posthumously in 1916) enjoyed huge contemporary success.
