Composer of many highly successful stage musicals, including Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Jesus Christ Superstar, Starlight Express, The Phantom of the Opera and Aspects of Love, Lloyd Webber has won numerous awards for his work. Songs from his musicals, such as 'Memory' from Cats and 'Don't Cry for Me, Argentina', from Evita, have become worldwide hits. He pioneered television casting for West End musicals with How Do you Solve a Problem like Maria? and I'd Do Anything!
