Oliver Peyton is a renowned restaurateur and the founder/chairman of Peyton and Byrne Limited. He owns several restaurants throughout London, which are as noted for their architectural achievements as for their gastronomic standards. His first restaurant was Coast, then the Atlantic Bar & Grill, followed by Mash, Isola and the Admiralty in Somerset House. Over the next few years he opened several more restaurants, including The National Café at the National Gallery.
