Her parents were Ellen and Rev John Olive. Ellen died at Wheathampstead House near St Albans in Herts on 16/1/1888. Her tomb is in the cemetery at the ruins of the old St Lawrence church in Ayot St Lawrence. Mary Sneade is mentioned on the epitaph.
