On what evidence do you say that Miss 'Harland' was Ada S Smith and born 1847?
Her gravestone gives her birth as 22.12.1846
But there is no Ada Smith registered then ...
If you know something I don't do please let me know.

Found it. The Gravestone was right. Ada Frances Montgomery Smith. Illegitimate and birth not registered.
