Yes. Jessie Percy Butler Duncan (1855-1934) was the oldest child of Jane Percy Sargent and William Butler Duncan, born at 1 Fifth Avenue, New York. Jane was the "widow of William Wilton Phipps of London. Alderman of the London County Council. Chairman of the London Education Committee. Justice of the Peace for the County of London. Dame of the British Empire." Jane Percy Sargent was the daughter of George Washington Sargent and Margaret Percy. GW Sargent was the son of Winthrop Sargent, the first governor of the Mississippi Territories. I have more information about her siblings, parents and grandparents, in regard to slavery. The Sargent House Museum states their copy is from a drawing by John Singer Sargent, London, 1912.
