Peter Morgan

Screenwriter and playwright. Morgan began his career in television with his breakthrough drama The Deal (2003), which documented the relationship between Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, earning him his first Bafta. This success was followed by the television drama Longford in 2006. In film, Morgan is best known for his award-winning screenplays for The Last King of Scotland (2006), The Queen (2006), and Frost/Nixon (2008) adapted from his own play. Morgan co-produced and wrote the screenplay for Clint Eastwood's Hereafter (2010).
