I think this may be by the Roger Hill who did the photographic illustrations for Alan Garners 1966 book “The old man of Mow” & was at that time, according to he blurb on the dust jacket, aged 30 & a ...”Tutor in the department of Film & Television at the Royal College of Art” working as a “film maker, photographer & writer” as well as teaching.
