I understand Anne Harvey was born Mary Amy Anne Wigram on 27 Sep 1913, and married John Leslie Harvey on 25 Jan 1939. She died on 12 June 1958. She was indeed the daughter of Baron Clive Wigram (5 Jul 1873 - 3 Sep 1960) and of Nora Mary Wigram (nee Chamberlain). Anne's siblings were George Neville Clive Wigram (2nd Baron) and Francis Clive Wigram
