Simon Clegg and David Luckes are the original visionaries behind London's bid to host the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Clegg joined the British Olympic Association in 1989, becoming its ?rst Chief Executive in 1997. He led Team GB to success in Beijing 2008 and set the medal target for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. He became Chief Executive of Ipswich Town Football Club in 2009.
