This portrait looks like the same man: Major-General Sir Reginald Ford, K.C.M.G., C.B., D.S.O. In the early 1920s he was in India as General Manager of the Dunlop Rubber Company, and President/Patron of the Bombay Motor Cycling Club. I am writing a history of the Club. I can verify with an appropriate scan from a Club programme if you need.
