Dear Staff I have an Shakespeare's birthday Book which once belonged to Surgeon/musician/ Dr Thomas Leslie Crooke 1861-1943 refer Google Linwood Cemetery Christchurch NZ. He amassed some 900 autographs and one is a Laura Fraser Bush Sept 26th ( no year stated) along with other singers and musicians. I am trying to research this mans life and those whom autographed his book for the hope of a publication. There is also a Edith Lilian Bush (I am still searching for Sept 01).
