Film actress, daughter of daughter of Vanessa Redgrave and Tony Richardson. Early film roles include appearances in Wetherby (1985) and Peter Greenaway's Drowning by Numbers (1988) before her controversial appearance with Sean Bean in a television version of Lady Chatterley (1992). Richardson reinvented herself and landed Hollywood leads such as Anita in 101 Dalmatians (1996). Recent film include The Patriot (2000) and The Affair of the Necklace (2001). Since 2003 she has also appeared in the hit TV series Nip/Tuck about Miami-based plastic surgeons.
