Sitter in 2 portraits
Born in Llandaff, Cardiff, soprano Charlotte Church became the youngest recording artist in history to reach number one in the classical charts, at the age of thirteen, with her debut album, Voice Of An Angel (1998). She has achieved international success with a diverse repertoire, which includes opera, chamber music, Gaelic airs and Broadway hits. Her sixth album, and her first pop album, Tissues and Issues, was released in July 2005. It reached the top five in the album charts and spawned a number of hit singles including Crazy Chick and Call My Name.
