Lady Kathleen Milicent Mackenzie divorced Sir Duncan 10 February 1947. They had one son Roderick H.A Mackenzie (born 1920) who was killed in 1942. Sir Duncan then married Margaret Patricia Smail (nee Cobham) a few months after his divorce in 1947. He died in 1965 in Somerset

He was born 1 July 1883. He married Kathleen Milicent Chandos-Pole 17 Sept 1919 in Bengal

Sir Duncan George Mackenzie was Regent of Bharatpur Princely State in India (27 Mar 1929 to 1930) his rule witnessed first revolt in Bharatpur since 1857.
