Terry Glazebrook

31 December 2016, 07:50

Richard was most well known for his costume and set Designs for Danny La Rue and for The Black & White Minstrel show. He also designed costumes for the girls of Raymonds Revue Bar. When "resting" he produced wonderful gouache flower paintings and fully modelled busts of cats in period costume. He also worked with Designer Terry Glazebrook on the Interiors of The Royal Hotel in Scarborough. His most lasting work can be seen at Fortnum & Masons store in London where he was resident Designer. The famous clock on the front of the store is his lasting memorial.
