Thomas Blinks

Tommy Blinks was an animal painter and was often employed as a consultant by Fred Roe when he was including an animal in one of his paintings. The Roe Ledgers at the Royal Academy of Arts Archive show payments to Tommy for days spent working alongside Roe in his studio.
