Mansur Ali Khan (1830 -1884) was the last Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa, (1838 -1880). He came to Britain in 1869 to petition parliament for the restoration of the hereditary rights, privileges and monies promised in the treaty made between Mir Jafir and Clive of India. His petition was not successful. In 1870 he married Sarah Vennell, with whom he had six children. He returned to India in 1881.
