I think this picture might be of a Richard Newsham Pedder rather than a T Pedder. Richard Newsham Pedder was the brother of Catherine Jane Feilden (nee Pedder). You have her listed as Lady Feilden although she was only Mrs Feilden at the time of the photograph being wife of William Feilden (later 3rd Bt). Richard Pedder married William Feilden's sister, Mary Elizabeth Feilden
I have a family picture of Richard Pedder in India in his full army uniform and there is a very strong likeness. He died in Calcutta in 1863 of what causes I do not know but investigating. There was a baby, Ernest Newsham Pedder who had a son, Richard Newsham Pedder who was my grandfather. Mary Elizabeth Pedder (nee Feilden) then went on to marry Sir Musgrave Horton Brisco 4th Bt. I note there is a picture of a Mrs Pedder who might be mother of Catherine and Richard.
