Emily Baker

Olive Groves is my great Grandmother. She married the singer, George Baker and is the mother of my Grandfather Michael George Baker. She died in Hertfordshire in 1974. Olive had a successful career as an actress and singer and videos of her singing can be found on YouTube! She sang with Adam Sadler for British Pathe, and starred in films such as ‘Pride ‘o the Green’, ‘The King’s Breakfast’ and ‘In the town tonight’ to name but a few.
