There is no mention of Alfred Piccavers son Peter who lived in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, I believe he sang in the Carl Rosa operatic company for a while, I have a recording of a BBC interview with Peter Piccaver, giving an incite into his fathers life, I went to Long Sutton Lincs, with a friend of mine Gordon Virgo, who must have one of Alfred's greatest fans who recalls sitting on Piccavers knee as a boy of 6 years of age, there is a Bust of Alfred Piccaver in the church at Long Sutton.
