Gerry McGovern has successfully melded the muscle of the Land Rover with a 21st-century sleekness and agility in the Freelander, bringing the vehicle to a new market. He previously designed several concept car products that were seen at many motor shows, and also produced designs for the Rover 200 Cabriolet/Coupé and the MGF.
