Matron Dorothy Mildred Smith was Member of the Royal Red Cross, 1st Class and died on 20 January 1945. She shares a War Grave with her brother, Gunner Robert Laurence Smith, at Bell's Hill Burial Ground in Barnet. I cannot be certain this is the same person, but I do have a photo to verify if I saw the image.
