Hi my uncle John Bradfield was told years ago that the Bishop of Bath was the Bishop at the Queen Elizabeth II Coronation was a relative of ours. I was talking today to my uncle John Bradfield I found that indeed that Harold William Bradfield was the Bishop at the coronation. The photo of Harold William Bradfield has a likeness to my Uncle. My uncle John Bradfield (age 76) & my mother Mary Ann Bradfield (age 73) were born in Sidlesham nr Chichester. Father was Douglas Bradfield and his father was Owen Bradfield who lived in the Old Corn Mill in Milton village in Oxfordshire. I have also found out our Bradfield name is also related to Dr John Job Crew Bradfield (1870-1943) who design many bridges roadways and railways in Australia, he visited UK and traced his family in Milton at the Mill Douglas Mum told my uncle John. I would like to know if Harold William Bradfield was related to our family or Dr John J C Bradfield? Do you have any information I would love to know. Regards Lorna Bartlett My Mother is Mary Ann Bradfield
