Dryden Goodwin

Goodwin studied at the Slade School of Fine Art (1992-1996). His work includes photography, drawing, printmaking, sound, film, and video installation. Commissions for the latter have come from Tate Britain (Art Now, 2002), BALTIC (The Cathedral, 2003), Manchester Art Gallery and New Gallery Walsall (Dilate, 2003) and Channel 4 (Animate tv!, 2005). His work was shown at the Venice Biennale in 2003, Century of Artists' Film in Britain, Tate Britain, 2003-4 and Reality Check, a 2002-4 touring show by the Photographers' Gallery and the British Council. He has received major fellowships from Benetton's Art and Communication Institute in Italy and The National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts in the UK.
