Eldest daughter of Thomas Carew (1703-1766) of Crowcombe Court, Somerset, and his first wife Mary (nee Drewe) of Grange, Broadhembury, Devon. She was baptised at Broadhembury in November 1723 and buried at Crowcombe in January 1774. She never married.
