Colonel Marindin is my grandfather. I can give you a potted summary of his army career. He married Amy Frances Ann Richardson in September 1908 in India, and they had one daughter, Kathleen Mary Helen Marindin, born June 1912. He died in India in 1932 and is buried in the Harley Street Cemetery, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
