I believe this is Canon Frederick Meyrick who was Rector at Blickling with Erpingham Norfolk in 1868 until his death. There is a three part stained glass window in the Church portraying three stages of his life. There is further information from research undertaken by relatives We are just creating a church website and perhaps a link across to your photograph would be possible?
