I suspect that Gerald Giles Penman was my Grandfather. He was an opthalmic surgeon at St Thomas's Hospital and Morefields eye Hospital with his private consulting rooms in Harley Street. If I could see a copy of the image I would be able to confirm this and provide more detailed information.
