We have just noticed the photograph of Hon Algernon Bourke as Izaak Walton. He is sitting in a fireplace which we recognise as the one in the drawing room of St Mary's House in Bramber, West Sussex. Which we know Algernon Bourke used to own. I would be happy to send photos of the current fireplace so you can see this. The house has been maintained and restored by the current owners Peter Thorogood OBE and Roger Linton OBE. I have discussed this with them and they agree that the photograph is indeed taken at St Mary's House.
