Prince Henry, Duke of Gloucester
(1900-1974), Son of George VSitter in 181 portraits
Third son of George V and Queen Mary, created Duke of Gloucester in 1928; joined the 10th Royal Hussars in 1921 and during the Second World War served as Chief Liaison Officer between the British and French armies in Europe and (from 1941) as second in command of the 20th Armoured Brigade.
