Rupert and Edmund are twins, born in 1952. Edmund is an obstetrician. Their father was a twin himself. The other son Fitzroy, presumably on the far left, must have been born around 1951, based on their mother, Enid, having married Roy Boulting that year and because there is little age difference apparent from his twin brothers here.
