The cartoon illustrated an article about August 1983 - picturing the free-thinking Herbert frog-marched along by stormtroopers of the future. Fraser, an illustrator, painter and art-teacher, later drew a cover for Herbert's novel Holy Deadlock (1934). Published Pall Mall, October 1933.
