The Sir Peter Temple you refer to: (baptised 1592-1653), Politician; MP for Buckingham, is not the husband of the related Eleanor Temple (nee Tyrrell) as you claim. Your description matches the second baronet of Stowe. The husband of Lady Eleanor is his nephew, son of Sir John Temple of Stantonbarry, born about 1613 and died 1659/60.
