Lt.-Col. (retired). Born in 1861 in Somerset, England. Married Constance Sarah Huleatt on Sept. 27, 1888 in Secunderabad, Madras, India. Father of twins Cornelia Frances (Tighe) Goldingham and Constance Evelyn (Tighe) Taylor, Geraldine Edith Tighe, Michael Philip Huleatt Tighe, and Roger Bousfield Tighe. Appointed High Sheriff of Buckinghamshire in 1921. Died on Sept. 21, 1932 at '"Loosley House'" Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, England. Sir James Leigh-Wood listed as one of his executors.
