International
The Kapp Putsch threatens the newly formed Weimar Republic. In defiance of the Treaty of Versailles, the leaders of the Marinebrigade Ehrhardt refused to disband and marched on Berlin, occupying it on the 13th March. With the general army refusing to defend the city, the government fled to Stuttgart. The rebellion, however, failed after the workers joined a general strike, disabling their plans.Comments back to top

Lady Olivia Trevor 18.10.94-13.12.73 was born Lady Olivia Sinclair, later Buchan and then Trevor (married name). Eldest of the 5 daughters of 18th Earl of Caithness. She had 4 daughters and one son. She married Captain Stephen Trevor and she later inherited Auchmacoy House in Aberdeenshire and lived there until her death. She was 17th of Auchmacoy. The title went elsewhere, but her son David Buchan of Auchmacoy(d2014) inherited the house and was head of Clan Buchan, and her grandson Charles is now there. She was a keen reader, gardener and beekeeper.
