This portraitback to top

One of a set of 17 drawings by G. P. Harding engraved for the Deans of Westminster published in 1823 (see also Wilcocks NPG 2417). Bradford wears a Bishop’s rochet and chimere with the red ribbon of the Order of the Bath as Dean of that Order.
The portrait in the Westminster Deanery from which NPG 2416 was copied [1] is now considered to be a version of the original picture in Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, attributed to Enoch Seeman; since Bradford, as Dean of Westminster, wears the Bath ribbon it may be dated after 1723. [2] An anonymous whole-length engraving showing Bradford in his robes as Dean of the Bath derives from the Seeman portrait but is of little iconographical use.
