Published within three months of the King’s death; another example of this statuette is in the Athenaeum. Hardenberg also exhibited a marble bust of the King in 1820, and a closely comparable statuette was made by Lucius Gahagan in 1811.

Blue eyes, dark wig, wearing the Windsor uniform of a dark blue coat with red collar and cuffs, white waistcoat and breeches; a glass in his left hand and a (separate) stick in his right.
