The Rev Mathew Wilks is buried in Bunhill Fields graveyard, City of London. there are 2 headstones at each end of the raised stone monument, surrounded by iron railings. He ha the privilege of resting adjacent to the recently discovered final resting place of William Blake

Rev Matthew Wilks was my 5 x great grandfather- curious to know where the engraving was in the gallery. Curiosity stirred as my brother and I met my first cousin last Thursday with her partner for lunch at The Portrait Restaurant. Sadly we could not spend time in the gallery but lunch was as good as the previous occasions, when I have eaten in the restaurant- great setting and really enjoyable.
